These terms govern your use of HeyMoo (heymoo.app). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. We kept them short and honest, so please actually read them, especially section 2.

1. What HeyMoo is

HeyMoo is a guide and companion for people planning a move to Japan. It offers a personalized step-by-step journey, document checklists, daily fact cards, an HSP points estimator, and an AI chat assistant (Moo). HeyMoo is operated by 【要確認: operator legal name and country】.

2. HeyMoo is not legal or immigration advice

Immigration rules change, and your situation is unique. Always verify critical decisions with the Immigration Services Agency of Japan, a Japanese embassy or consulate, or a qualified professional before acting. You are responsible for your own visa applications and deadlines.

3. AI-generated content

Moo's chat answers are generated by an AI model. They can be outdated, incomplete, or simply wrong, even when they sound confident. Treat them as a starting point for your own research, never as a final answer for anything important.

4. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• One account per person. You must be at least 16 years old.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, overload, probe, or attempt to breach the service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape content or circumvent rate limits and free-tier limits.
• Use the chat to generate unlawful content or to harass others.
• Misrepresent HeyMoo output as official government information.

6. Content and intellectual property

The HeyMoo app, its content, design, and the Moo character are ours (or our licensors'). Your personal data and notes remain yours: see the Privacy Policy for how we handle them.

7. The service is provided "as is"

HeyMoo is currently free. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we provide it without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions you make based on information in the app, including visa outcomes, missed deadlines, or financial losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes and termination

• We may add, change, or remove features, including introducing paid tiers for new features.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
• You can delete your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
• If we materially change these terms, we will update the date above and notify you for significant changes.

9. Governing law
